<p><b>&ldquo;上海酶聯(lián)文獻(xiàn)&rdquo;&nbsp;</b><strong>摘要: </strong>目的 觀察 2 型糖尿病氣虛痰濕證患者血清脂聯(lián)素、瘦素、纖維膠凝蛋白 3、鐵蛋白、腫瘤壞死因子 － &alpha; 水平。方法 應(yīng)用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附測(cè)定法檢測(cè) 2 型糖尿病患者血清生化指標(biāo)，應(yīng)用單因素方差分析比較氣虛痰濕組生化指標(biāo)水平與氣虛組、正常對(duì)照組的差異。結(jié)果 2 型糖尿病患者血清脂聯(lián)素顯著低于正常對(duì)照組，瘦素、鐵蛋白、腫瘤壞死因子 － &alpha; 顯著高于正常對(duì)照組; 糖尿病氣虛痰濕組脂聯(lián)素顯著低于氣虛組，瘦素顯著高于氣虛組( P ＜ 0． 05) 。結(jié)論 糖尿病有痰濕證的脂聯(lián)素較無(wú)痰濕證更低，瘦素則更高，提示脂聯(lián)素、瘦素參與了糖尿病痰濕證的形成過(guò)程，其水平變化可能提示本病證的發(fā)生。&nbsp;</p> <div class="Section0"> <p class="MsoNormal"
